Where Hyperliquid is available
Hyperliquid's app is not available to people in the United States or Ontario, Canada, or in countries under sanctions. In the UK the app works, but referral codes are blocked. Using a VPN to get around this breaks the terms.

What the terms say
The app at app.hyperliquid.xyz is run by Hyperliquid Corp. Its Terms of Use, last updated on June 15 2026, say the app is not available to "Restricted Persons". That means people or companies that live in, are located in or are registered in the United States or Ontario, people in territories under economic sanctions or export controls, and citizens of those territories wherever they live.
The terms don't list the sanctioned countries by name. Outcome markets are closed to a further list of countries that Hyperliquid sets from time to time, and the app hides them where they are not allowed.
The United Kingdom
UK visitors can open the app, but its join and referral pages show "Referrals are not allowed in your jurisdiction". That means the 4% referral discount can't be applied from the UK, so our buttons don't send UK visitors to the join link. The UK Financial Conduct Authority added Hyperliquid to its warning list on May 21, 2026, meaning the FCA believes it may be offering financial services in the UK without permission.
If you were sent here from a button
Our buttons check the country your connection comes from. If it is the US, Ontario or the UK, they bring you here instead of opening Hyperliquid, because the app or the code won't work for you. The terms cover both where you live and where you are, so a US resident abroad and a visitor in the US are both excluded.
Everything else on this site, including the fee guide and the safety review, is open to read wherever you are.
