How we earn
We earn a share of trading fees when you use our code. It costs you nothing, and you get 4% off.
The arrangement
COINGECKO is a standard Hyperliquid referral code. It is just the name of our code: CoinGecko does not run or endorse this site. Hyperliquid's referral program gives the person who joins with a code 4% off fees on their first $25M of volume, and gives the code owner 10% of the fees that person pays, on their first $1B of volume. That share comes out of the fees Hyperliquid collects. Nothing is added to what you pay.
We have no other deal with Hyperliquid. We are not paid to write about it, and Hyperliquid does not review this site.

Buttons that open Hyperliquid go through a redirect on this site (/go/hl) and then to app.hyperliquid.xyz/join/COINGECKO. The redirect counts clicks by page so we know which guides help. It sets no cookies. These links carry rel="sponsored".
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and a few events (copying the code, clicking a button, using the calculator or checker) without cookies. The wallet checker sends the address you paste to Hyperliquid's public API. We don't log addresses; results are cached for up to 10 minutes so repeat checks are fast.
